ITA and PT Notification recd !!

Hi there,

I received a PT notification of interest from Ontario and sent the application package along last week. Haven't heard from them so far. Not even acknowledged the receipt. It was delivered on 11th aug.

Last night i received the ITA from CIC.

What are my options here..i am a bit clueless ! Any help would be appreciated.

Send an email to OINP asking to send your package back. Be courteous in the email you might get your draft back too.

That depends on you. If you provide all the documents (correct) to CIC then pretty much sure shot thing.
You won't be nominated for sure. Don't get me wrong.
When a province decides to nominate you they will first communicate with CIC and as you already have ITA CIC will notify OINP that the candidate already received an ITA and has accepted. Then your application is automatically withdrawn. It says on OINP website too that if your application is in process and you get ITA then your money will not be refunded. In your case 100% your application package has not even been opened yet by OINP. I would ask them to send the package back if I were you. Once the package has been opened then there is no refund.

Forgot to mention my brothers application was withdrawn by OINP stating the reason that he already received an ITA.

Hey Mani. I sent an email to them and received the bank draft back. Now about to submit my application for PR through ITA. Thanks for your help.
