IT Jobs - Kelowna vs Waterloo

Hi all,
Between Kelowna BC and Waterloo ON, what is best for IT jobs? My husband and I Data/ Business analysis experience and we are planning to settle in a smaller town/city.

Have you tried looking at the various job sites (indeed, monster, linkedin jobs) and searching by location? That might be the best way for you, because you know what you're looking for.

Personally I would rate Waterloo higher, but that's just because of the University - bunch of new startups = Software Engineering jobs.
