Hi I'm on maternity leave for 3 months my working permit is expired on March 2015, but my common law is not divorce yet it is possible that he can apply me an open permit? My common law is canadian citizen! Thank u and have a good day! God bless us!

No - not possible.

Being common law with a Canadian citizen does not qualify you to apply for an open work permit.

Yes - you can. If the married couple has separated and one spouse is living with someone else common law - then it's absolutely possible.
