In one of the topic has been said that Alberta is definitely not good for IT specialist to immigrate, because it depends from oil too much, takes 2 years to get PR and couple years ago it was great but not now. Now Albarta's economics really not so good but why it couldn't be just temporary difficulties before next oil price increase? And is it so bad only to immigrate? What if I'm already here and want try to start it career there? And is it true only for IT or for all areas?
