Issued date on Acharya Nagarjuna Universitytranscripts

HI...

I got my transcripts from Acharya Nagarjuna University. They give transcripts by just attesting photo copies and they have not mentioned any issue date.

I am looking for qualification assessment from WES. And as per instruction on WES site, transcripts should have both attestation as well as issue date.

If I send these transcripts without date to WES, will they reject my transcripts ?

Please advice.
