Issue with opening IMM5257E and IMM5475E. Kindly help

Are you applying using IRCC new portal or trying to do paper application? In new iRCC portal you can fill everything online. you may only need IMM5475e for release of info to you. Bit confused reading your last comment (But I was able to load IMM5707e and IMM5713e.)??

I was using GC key login to apply. (I prefer do things online)

Is this the correct approach or is there a different website.
After the questianaire in GC key login, list of document gets auto generated and then I am trying to fill the form online but wasn't able to load/open the file.

Would suggest using new IRCC portal for Visitor Visa appln instead of GC Key.
