Hi there,

I have registered into my vfs account and then made an appointment. Then, I figured out that I misspelled the name I created the account with.
Then I canceled my appointment and I received a confirmation email. Since I wanted to change my name and there is not a way to do that, I created another account with my correct name (a different account with a different email and...).
I tried to make a new appointment with this account, but it keeps saying that I have another IRCC number that is already in use.

Would you please help me with this?
