One last question :)

Wish us luck.

Is XpressPost considered Courier?

Which address do we send too when using XpressPost?

THANKS a million

The XPressPost envelope I got is sold at Canada Post

It looks like this:

Personally, I sent my application in a small box and shipped it using Canada Post Xpresspost to the regular address as it's being shipped by Canada Post as opposed to another courier. Think the alternate address is more for FedEx/Purolator

That is correct,

2 Robert Speck Parkway,
Suite 300
Mississauga, ON
L4Z 1H8

is for Couriers like DHL, Fedex, UPS, Purolator etc

The P.O Box address is for Canada post. If you try sending a Canada post application to the courier one it will be undeliverable and returned.

I really dislike the amount of misinformation that goes around the forum regarding this. I sent mine via xpresspost to the non-PO Box address. This is a courier service provided by Canada post. It has tracking, and has the option to be signed for.

Just because something is being sent via "Canada Post' doesn't mean it should be sent to the PO Box. You would only send to the PO box for normal/letter mail/non-tracked/non-signed.

Agreed, When I had sent our application, I had sent it by next day priority mail to the courier address.
However I think it is best to verify with the postal clerk if the option you choose to send is considered courier or not. For example letter mail that is registered/tracked may be considered just traceable letter mail.

Chris.
