Hi,
I have applied for an Inland Spousal PR and I am currently on a Visitors Visa (it's been 2 months since I am in the country).
I have received my AOR.
Do I need a visitors record to apply for spousal open work permit?

You’re already on a visitor record and unless otherwise stated you can visit Canada for up to 6 months or until you have other legal status in Canada. A visa is a travel document and only lets you be assessed for entry into a country and has nothing to do with you remaining in the country. If you’re applying for an OWP then you don’t need to extend your visitor record.

Why would you assume that the OP is already on a visitor record?
