Any idea is VFS Open in delhi
Are they taking passports for stamping
Is there any way to contact them the number given doesn’t work and no responses to emails

Yes, from today mid-night, you can schedule your appointment for biometric, but still, the 2-way courier hasn't started yet. For further info, I suggest you keep checking the VFS website and official Twitter account.

As appointments are started, I believe by the end of this week or next week we can have the update regarding the 2-way courier, the rest of everything is tentative, tough to assume.

VFS is a separate entity so they can open up while passport stamping is not available.
