Hello. We are a family of 3 (mother, son, and daughter) preparing for passport application. As for the guarantors and references, we are curious if we three could use the same guarantor (Canadian family friend not living in the same address) and references (permanent resident married couple living in the same building as us) in all 3 passport applications.
