Hi we received this email today from the VO in Santiago

This application was received on October 11, 2012. We sent a request for updated documents on November 20, 2012, and these were received. Since then, the client’s divorce has been completed, and the application is ready for final review.

We last responded to an enquiry from the applicant on September 27, 2013.

Updated medical instructions are today being sent to the applicant and her children, such that we could be in a position to issue visas immediately upon the final review. The case is nearing the front of our application queue, and I am confident the selection review will be completed by or before the end of December.

Do you think we will still have a interview or be refused if my partner passes the medical again?

They might still ask for an interview but if they had intended to refuse they wouldn't ask for a new medical to be done. I'd see it as a positive sign. It looks like the application is in the very final stages now.

Seems positive to me It does look like you are approaching the end of the process. If they asked for new medicals they don't intend on refusing as Catou mentioned. Good luck!
