Is this normal waiting time ?

hello all I submitted on QBC investment program since years and my update status as below which I checked through website on line services :

Permanent Residence
We received your application for permanent residence on February 4, 2014.
We started processing your application on April 8, 2014.

My application at Ankara Turkey immigration office.

My question is this normal to stay about two years to wait only medical applications or something wrong.

well can't comment much on this but yes till now I have seen several cases in this forum of QSW been waiting for some kind of response for 2-3 years. don't know what is wrong with them. but one of our acquaintance also applied for QSW kept waiting for a year and then he applied to Australia and got the PR he is in Aus already for around 2yrs now.But even during his aus pr process he didn't hear anything from Quebec.
so I can wish all the QSW applicants a very good luck
