Is this document list accurate?

The 'Document Checklist' on the CIC website (http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/guides/3910e.pdf) didn't seem to have the documents the sponsor needed to submit, so I did a google search and found this: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5491E.pdf

Is that checklist still accurate? IT seems to have better information in it. And yes, I will be applying through Mississauga since I plan on doing the whole process Outland.

That document checklist is for the application.

The second link is the document checklist for the sponsor.

You need to include them both -

Document Checklist [IMM 5491] (PDF, 159 KB) is for the sponsor's documents
United States [IMM 3910] (PDF, 201 KB) is for a principal applicant applying outland via the US (using Buffalo Visa Office)

I find the list of documents at http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/fc.asp helpful to ensure you have the full list of docs and the latest versions.
