Is this an AOR? and how long before can check application status?

I received an email but cannot tell if it's an AOR?

It has the application number and said next steps are biometrics.

Is this the AOR?

Also when I try to create the account to check the status with the application number it keeps showing invalid? Does it take sometime after getting the email before you can create the account to check?

Is there letter before the UCI number? Can you post the email without any identifying information.
