It's fake. Don't send them your passport.

This sentence:

is a whole bunch of words that means absolutely nothing.

Bu the things it that they have done it so masterfully... I love that fact they gave brought out a good writing skill in me by asking me to fill the letters and application... Kudos to them

It's not at all masterful. It's terribly written - some parts of it don't even make sense.
