Hi,
In 2016, I was entering the U.S via a Canadian airport. In the First day, due to the lack of one supporting documentation, the border officials did not let me enter U.S intraday. On the second day, I received the document from the Institute and entered the U.S. successfully.
Will this be considered as denied entry to the U.S? or this is a delayed entry to the U.S? I did not receive any written record of denied entry from the border officer.
We need to fill out the administrative refusal or not in the application. I do not know if I needed to choose yes for it. Last time when I renewed my entry visa to Canada, I chose No to that and I got my Visa. I do not know what should I answer the question under my situation.
Thanks for your info in advance
