Is there anyone who paid GIC without Pan Card?

I have applied for the pan card but i guess it will take about 15-20 days to come and i have to submit the visa file around the end of this month. Can i use a joint account with my father to transfer the GIC amount using his pan card details?

For International transactions you also need to file A2/ LRS declaration form, this also required PAN card, and the limit is tied to your PAN card.
