There are many of them. Some of them got visa on 4th attempt.

Yes, I have applied in march and application was rejected, Then applied in June and the visa issued.
 
hey,,,, did u apply in spp ?

once a visa is rejected,,, can u reapply under spp ?? i think answer is no.
