I know about EOI system that will start in 2015. But, is there any news telling what will happen to the FSWP after april 30, 2014 and before 2015??

No. I have looked at the CIC website, including all of the media information. It is not mentioned anywhere. My suspicion is that there will be a pause until EOI starts in January.
