I feel for everybody who in a way being hopeless with the new rule that come out.
Do you think there is still hope for people like us, whose jobs are not on the 38-list.
Hoping for the favorable result before the end of this year.
It will be harder but there is always hope. You can try to get an AEO to apply. You can try to get a job and temporary work permit and apply from inside. You can try to get a student visa to apply from inside. Many ways to do it.
