Hi,
I'm a Canadian citizen and my husband is Australian. We have a 3 year old daughter together. We currently live in Australia but we wish to move to Quebec, Canada later this year, hopefully by August.
I have applied to get Canadian citizenship for my daughter and we have applied for a family sponsorship spouse visa for my husband. My question is, can we enter and start settling in Canada while our applications are processing or do we have to wait to be approved before moving? Is there any kind of bridging or temporary visa we can apply for in the meantime? My husband owns a business in Australia which he will still work on from a distance so he doesn't need to work in Canada for now. Thanks for your help
