Hi, I m 38 years old, I ve completed my graduation in 2003 and now wish to begin my study again ,Am i still eligible for study visa for masters in Canada

No reason why not, age does not really matter it is how convincing your case is based on qualifications, work experience, English language ability and relevance of your course. Plus of course showing how attending a course in Canada helps your future when you return to your home country.

My qualification is
Bachelor of Arts 3 yrs.(History, Economics and Political Science)
1 yr. Diploma in Nutrition and Health
1 yr. diploma in Web designing and programming
But after so many years of education I just realize my passion of teaching .
Do you think there is possibility of B.ed /M.A in Canada so that i could be eligible for teacher's job.

Are there good opportunities in teaching line.

Canada has too many teachers and not enough teaching positions. I'm not sure that's a field I would recommend at this time to someone who is new to Canada.

Agree unless your native language is French or you speak fluent French. According to different BC school boards, they have problem getting enough French teachers.

Yup someone suggested me to learn French for teacher's job in Canada.

Can you suggest any other vocational course or college which could provide me good job opportunities?

They won't likely consider someone who just learn French.

There is no age limit for student visa, you can apply for student visa at this age, but you need to convince the visa officer that your main intention is for study only.
