Is there a minimum wage requirement when applying under a certain profession?


Been working for 18 months in a company as an interiors designer but for the first year I was receiving less than the minimum wage... Does this matter? I have a bachelors degree (I don't know if that is relevant).

Could be relevant because each occupation in NOC 0,A,B has its "national average" "wage standard.
