Is there a minimum requirement for income in spouse sponsorship?

Hello all,
I am working on my PR application under the outland-family sponsorship and would like to know if there is a minimum requirement income that my husband (the sponsor) needs to have for a family of 3 (including me, my husband and our son who is a Canadian resident)?

Also if we have a son, would it increase or reduce my chance of getting the PR application approved?

There is no requirement on minimum income to sponsor spouse..He just needs to show how he will support you once you are in Canada.

There is no minimum income requirement for spousal sponsorship as long as he can prove (if ask) that he can provide your basic needs. Technically, he is responsible for your basic needs for three years after becoming PR.

Having a son would increase your chance of getting approved because it will strengthen the genuineness of your marriage.
