I have a question about the consent form that is attached online when ordering notes. Is there a way to electronically sign the document in Adobe Reader? Can I just take a picture of the printed (and signed) form and attach the image to their site? Will they accept that or does it have to be in PDF? I ask because neither I nor my spouse have access to a scanner.

They have "scanning" apps for smart phones that essentially take a pic and make a file. However, i've never used them and I have no idea how they work.

Hi there. I have a question... My fiance is the main applicant and we will order the notes soon. My question is: do I (as a spouse) have to order separate notes to see if I passed some sections as well? Or if my fiance orders 1 with the file # both of our names will be on it? Maybe its a silly question but I rather ask than be sorry later. We are Inland Applicants.
Thank you!

You can use your phone as a scanner[i used an app called camscanner, it just does a good job at cropping the outlines etc and makes the snap look neat] but don't sign electronically as I have had mixed results doing that way. The first 3-4 times I ordered with an e-signature and didn't have any issues but 4th time they asked me to send them a regular-hand-signed consent form.
