Is there a Hands on Training or just Language Co-Op Program? Such as English or French ESL type? I was thinking of taking hospitality but I don’t know how difficult it is and I heard there’s lots of homework. What classes can i take that’s not much homework and not difficult?

It's typically difficult to get a study permit approved to take a language program in Canada since CIC views this as a weak reason for coming to Canada to study (i.e. individuals who do this aren't genuine students but are just looking for a way of getting to Canada).

So I would strongly recommend avoiding all language programs. Also avoid all private colleges.

How come I should avoid private colleges? What’s wrong with private colleges?

No post graduate work permit after you finish your studies if you attend a private college.

In case you aren't selected for the IEC, I assume you want to be studying a program in Canada than can lead to a post graduate work permit (this would be your backup plan). You won't qualify for a PGWP if you attend a private college. You need to attend a public college or university - and the program needs to be full time and at least 8 months long to qualify for a PGWP.

Is cornerstone community international college a private college or public college? I’m thinking of attending there
