Is the information in GCKey account accurate?

My account shows "your action is required" under current status, on checking the full application status page there appears to be nothing outstanding, just the usual like " we are reviewing your eligibility", "processing backround check" and "your application is in progess." Anyone else with the same?

I remember seeing it across the forum lately. People call it "ghost updates". Maybe something wrong with the website but if it keeps occuring really frequently maybe you would want to start a webform

Good idea, I'll send them a webform, you never know what's going on with ircc with the amount of mistakes they are making
