Is that possible,one can put 2 different attempt IELTS results for eligibility?

For example,

First attempt result
L 6.0
R 6.0
W 6.0
S 5.5

Second attempt
L 5.5
R 6.0
W 6.0
S 6.0

In first ,speaking is low
In second, listening is low
If we combine both results' best figure,can we put both results as eligible Candidate?

No - certainly not possible.

Only the results of one test can be submitted. You cannot combine test results.

You need to retake IELTS and score a minimum of 6 in each category in ONE test.
