I received an exclusion order In 2015, and I returned to my country as soon as I could. Now, I want to go back to Canada for business and visiting my friends. I wonder is that possible for me to get the visitor VISA and enter the border? My situation is:
1. I was charged 'public mischief' as I refused to give my bank info to the police officer. The story was like I found my money was lost, and I doubted someone stole my money thru the Internet, so I called the police without giving him my bank info including my password, then the officer charged me ' public mischief'. The result was the judge gave me ' absolute discharge' and told me there was not going to be any criminal record on my file.
2. My student VISA was expired after 2014, before my study permit was out of date, I authorized an immigration agent who had helped lots of my friend to renew their VISA to renew mine. Actually, she was escaping the CBSA and police as she was charged for migration fraud, helping people to get PR or citizenship by fake marriage, precisely. I called her so many times and she told my my study permit had been approved, and she would mail my passport ASAP. After I was put in prison, my friends and my lawyer could not contact her anymore.
3. August 25th 2015, two CBSA officials came to my house and arrested me, after asking me a few question, i was imprisoned in the Maplehurst Correctional Complex for a month, due to the prison strike my hearing was not held as it was expected( the immigration officers and my lawyer could not enter the jail). Then, I was transferred to the Central East Correctional Center for a month. I attended the hearing meeting and offered 60,000$ for bail, but the decision maker denied my application because they thought there was flying risk. After that, I was sent back to Maplehurst again in order to go to the court for my criminal charge. During this time, I attended my third hearing and they denied my ask as I could not offer more money. After my charge was removed, immigration took me to the immigration holding center which has much better living conditions. I applied my new passport, paying the flight ticket,Immigration gave me one-year exclusion order.In the end of 2015, I went back to my country.
