Is suppli considered as a backlog while applying for further study in canada??

I have done btech in civil engg and have 10 cleared supplies(grade E) (cleared in first attempt). I do not have any grade F subject. I wanted to apply for PGD in a good college. I wanted to ask that are supplies considered as backlogs when we apply for student visa?
