Is statement of purpose the same as letter of explanation?

You can add Police certificate, medical exams, IELTS test results, Diplomas, etc.

If you can upload in the size limit of the uploading file...it is worth a shot to avoid delay, if they need such documents to verify your qualifications. You won't lose anything, anyway by uploading such documents 8)
