I was 17 when i came to Canada as international student, currently I am on work permit. As I was minor, my cousin uncle filled custodianship form for me. I do not have much option, does someone knows anything about Permanent Residency through custodian parents? Please guide.

No such thing as "custodian parents". They are just custodians.

The only way your uncle could sponsor your PR is if he has no spouse, no kids, no living parents/grandparents and no other relatives that are Canadian citizens or PRs.

No - not possible through custodianship. Both of your parents have to be deceased and you must have been adopted. Custodianship is not recognized for sponsroship purposes.
