So I'm good without the LMIA? Job offer letter was things I submitted to them. I think it carries some points.
So you would need a new LMIA for your EE profile to count the 50 points unless your EE score is high enough for the OINP nomination.

Hi everyone if have received a PNP letter from Ontario and I lose my offer letter and my new job offer doesn't have an LMIA backing it. Can I still use the PNP letter to get 600 additional points in my Express Entry profile?
You are good for EE just wait for the Invite with 600 points its 99% PR just submit the papers complete and let someone review them like Scanning in color or Police certificate in color for wherever you lived. Don't forget to mention if you got any Visa rejection in the history specially from US.

But I have an OINP Nomination that gives me 600 additional points in my EE profile. I just wanted to know if an LMIA is needed or I'll lose my PNP nomination.

OINP and LMIA are two different things. OINP is PNP while LMIA is a Job offer don't confuse yourself.

Yep I understand, but one of the things I claimed during my PNP NOI response was I have a job offer with LMIA in Ontario, changed jobs, LMIA expired and now currently I have job offers but no LMIA yet. So am I still eligible for the PNP points? :)
I have the points, just need to ensure they are valid before updating my EE profile.

If you're LMIA has expired you technically dont have a legal status to work in Canada, therefore you must inform the PNP, your application will be put on hold until you sort your situation
