Hello I am just getting ready to apply the FSWP under 3132 NOC (Dietitian). But the earliest I can send my application would be in November. Will it be too late then? If the Central Office receives it before 2015 shouldnt it be processed under FSWP? or is the date when the Regional Visa Office receives it the one that counts? Any insights would be very much appreciate it. Unfortunately for reasons out of my control I will not be able to send my application before november. Lets say i send it by mid-november. Thank you in advance.

From South Korea.

That is a cold NOC and will not be filled to 1000 this year. So take your time and apply.

Thanl you for your reply zstream. However one of my main concerns is that I am afraid of next years Express Entry. I do not want my application to be under the new system. As long as the central office receives it by december it should be fine right? Again, thank you for your help.

FSW 2014 is going to end on 30th of April 2015, and not December 2014. Express Entry will be rolled out in Jan 2015, but FSW 2014 will keep on running in parallel until the end of April.

So, if your NOC is 'cold', then apply at ease, but make it as soon as possible.

Is this true? Would you mind posting a link or a reference? On CIC website says that "These are the last applications we will accept under the current system before Express Entry launches in January 2015."

I also found this on CIC website.

"Will skilled immigrants be considered under both the current admissions system and Express Entry in 2015?"
"No.

Unfortunately on June 4 in CICs website a post about FSW and EE stated "The FSW program will be accepting applications until January 1, 2015, or until the overall cap of 25,000 is reached." That pretty much says everything. However I would like to know from experienced people how long does it take for CIC to accept your fSW applications? and if applying in November is too late? Thank you.

Wow, this is impressive!

Can you make the trend chart for the hottest NOCS such as 1112, 2174, and 2173?

Thank You

Nice to meet you.

I'm from South Korea and already in Canada.
Don't worry and take a look at this link.
