Is NOC letter required for working spouce

Hi Team,

My wife's employer is processing her visa & she will travel from india to canada.

My Question :- Presently i am working with a private organization,so is NOC letter required from my employer ?
And if my employer is not providing the NOC letter then any other document will work for it ?
