Is my study permit valid if I?

My current status:
Currently i have withdrawn from my college.
I have no offer letter.
In order to fullfil my 100% refund i need to go back to philippines and show proof that i have returned to my home country by providing stamps and boarding pass.
Currently holding an active vistor visa and have a seperate trv student visa.
Student permit is valid for 2 years.
My Questons:
How long can i stay in canada since i entered on a study permit?
Can i temporarily leave canada and change my college from outside on my current study permit?
If i have gotten an offer letter from a public institution how can i change my DLI number because i applied through an agency?
Do i need to disable my SIN ID and Bank GIC?
Do i need to apply for temporary leave?
My study permit was issued on jan 16 2020.

There is a limited number of days that you can change institutions before your study permit is invalid.

Considering that you've withdrawn, you can assume your school informed IRCC that you've withdrawn.

Check IRCC's website for changing DLIs. The website has instructions on how to do that. As you've applied through an agency, you may required additional information.

As you've withdrawn from your school, I don't know how temporary leave from it would help you.
