really?? I can't believe this happening.. September to November doesn't receive their OWP yet and now they are working on December applicants?
is it true that they are processing the December applicants 2015 OWP?

It's CIC... This isn't the first time that they have done things out of order. I remember there were quite a few September 2014 applicants from the Ottawa VO waiting, while February and March 2015 applicants were getting their COPRs.

It is incredibly frustrating!! Just hoping they are just delayed and not lost like some have been told by the agents at the call centre!
