Hello seniors,
I am in the process of collecting all the necessary documents to begin the PR process. My IELTS is supposed to be booked for November. But I want to ask to asivad anac and all other seniors, is it too late to begin the EE process this year. I also want to apply for the PNP programs. Considering that most of the provinces have reached their cap value if I still file my application will they consider my profile for next year or will I have to repeat the process again once the provinces announce their quota in Jan 2016?
Also will the Oct elections have any impact on the immigration system?
Please suggest experts.

It's never too late to get the process started. In fact, the earlier the better but later, it is still okay. With respect to provincial nominations, it is quote possible that the quota would be filled for this year but I believe they would again re-open next year. I believe the EE process might continue but there could be changes introduced as part of 2016. As a matter of fact, no one can predict if there will be changes or not. Stop worrying abt things that you don't control over and proceed with your EE Application. Good Luck !
