Is it too late to apply with NOC 2147 (Computer Engineer)

Hello All,

I know that, as of Aug-23, 2013, 116 applications submitted with NOC 2147 (Computer Engineers) have been acknowledged as "received" by CIC. I am just wondering whether it is too late to apply under that NOC this year.

For me, as long as the official records do not say Cap reached, CIC will still accept applications (for no job offer). The last say is still yours.
