Is it possible.....VISA get STAMPED from CANADA

Dear ALL,

I have a job offer from one of employer from Canada and he will also provide me the work permit for it.

He is saying that i have to send my PASSSPORT as the VISA will be issued from CANADA.
I am from india,is it possible that VISA get STAMPED from CANADA?

Check your employer- don't be a victim of scams/scammers. Visa is stamped at Canadian Consulates, offices outside Canada. Do not send or pay any money.

Scam 100%. Visa never issued from Canada.

I have same situation with me
