Is it possible to study in other province after PR approval?

Hi! I'm a temporary foreign worker and applying for a PNP program in NL for permanent residency. Is it possible for me to study in Ontario after the approval of my Permanent residency?

According to the instructions you receive by the border agent after you land as an immigrant, you can work and live anywhere in Canada. The province has the right to withdraw your nomination up until you land. Thus, if they spot some signals of your intentions to change province, they might cancel...
