You will see your score when you submit. If your score is zero then you are either not answering questions correctly, documents are missing or you are not eligible.

No you can't see your score. When you submit.

There are 3 steps:
1. You create your EE profile
2. You submit your EE profile
3. You submit your PR application after receiving ITA
You will know your score after step 2 when you receive your AOR.

Only after submitting. It might take time, profile has to be validated and once it enters the pool, the CRS score appears.
