Is it possible to have two EE profiles?

Hi there,

can a person have two EE profiles at the same time? One with ITA and one sitting there and waiting for another draw "just in case"?

Recommend not to have multiple profiles - CIC explicitly disallows it. If you've an ITA and want to cover your bases, keep another profile ready without 'transmitting' data so that the profile is not active in the EE pool. Even that is disallowed, strictly speaking, but it doesn't hurt anyone.
