Yes. (see below). They already took and passed the citizenship test and got the 'supplementary evidence' request from CIC.

My wife got something called "request for supplementary evidence" in the mail today, i.e., an RQ. They asked for the US entry/exit records, university transcripts, records of employment or pay stubs, and tax assessment notices (including T4 slips). Not sure about the reason. Our case is straight forward. Solid 4 years of postgraduate studies and university jobs. Full school records for ourselves and the kids. We already included the transcripts and the employment letters with the application and provided them with a copy of the I94 records during the interview. Let's hope this RQ doesn't delay the application for years.

Ok I will ask this question in a different way.... I did my test in August 25 they sent me the test letter in my home address even though they had my mailing address Po box on my file .... Now I asked them to use my mailing address for future corresponding...... Will this trigger rq ... Any opinion

Hi,

there is a possibility that i am wrong (obviously)
but ive read so much high and low abt citizeship status' etc and heres what ive gathered.

once a decision has been made (updated on ecas- you only need to worry about receiving your oath letter.

2nd - how did you receive your AOR? or any other correspondence? because from what i do know, CIC does not mail letters to PO boxes. they require a residential/business address, i dont know the exact term, but i remember reading fairly clearly at one time that CIC will not mail to po boxes.

that being said, my mails have been delivered to the wrong address too (confusion between mailing and residential) inspite of both addresses being residential (non-po box address)

I see what you are saying now .. My roa was through email fingerprint was through po box test was though residential adress

You first question is so misleading, so indirect and absolutely nothing to do with your true situation. If you want accurate help, accurately phrase your question.

I don't understand how you came up with the conclusion... My question is does requesting Cic to send oath letter to pobox affect my application even though a decision has been made on the application @hgn

@kimba409 did they mail to your home adress instead of you mailing adress and was it a pobox.... And yes my status says decision made
And the officer who interviewed me told me everything was good and to expect the oath letter

okay thats good then! my advice would be to just keep a look out on both mailboxes at this point; even if its really difficult to do so

i could be wrong but i REALLY dont think u need to worry about getting an RQ once a decision is made

Giving a PO box address to CIC is a HUGE red flag! PO box puts your physical residence in question.
