is it possible to get extension declined?....

if i dont have much money in my bank even tho i applied for PR with my husband inland who will be supporting me and will be the one who sponsors me?

Yes, an extension may be declined if you didn't provide the proper documentation as requested. Other than that, they don't really kick people out who have already applied for PR and wish to wait out the processing, especially if you are from a visa-exempt country.
