Is it possible to get denied ARC, after a exclusion order is over? ???

From what I understand after reading the CIC website on ARCs

If your exclusion order is over, you do not need an ARC to return to Canada.

2. Exclusion Order (form number IMM 1214B)

a) If you were issued an Exclusion Order and

* 12 months have passed since you left Canada and
* you have a Certificate of Departure (IMM 0056B) showing the date you left Canada

you do not need an ARC. You may return to Canada subject to normal examination at the port of entry.

b) If you wish to return to Canada less than 12 months after the Exclusion Order was issued, or do not have a Certificate of Departure, you need to apply for an ARC.

If you want to know more about ARCs, here is the CIC website: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/inadmissibility/arc.asp

Best of Luck.

Lol, no no.. its a little more complicated.

The ARC request came at 16-01-2012 from my visa office (responsable for my permanent resident application), but my exclusion order is over at 19-03-2012.
I was wondering if they could reject the ARC after 19-03-2012 and drop my permanent resident application, because of the rejection of the ARC.

It would be a ffen *censored word* trick if they would reject it before 19-03-2012, because when they reject the ARC, they will reject the permanent resident application because of still inadmissible to Canada reason.
What to do in my case??

I just found out, that i had 90 days after they requested me to do ARC for me to respond to them, i could just waited the time out till 19-03-2012, and send them a email stated to go further proceeding my permanent resident application, because ARC is not needed anymore.

Little to late for that now :(

Yikes, that does seem complicated.. I really hope they don't do that, that would just be terrible. Sorry I couldn't be of more help as I do not know that much more about ARC. Good luck!

Hi Marco, I don´t know anything about ARC but I´m sure everything will be fine and you will get your COPR soon. Dont´t worry :)
