Is it possible to get a Job Offer while outside Canada

Hi,

I have been granted PR last month and I am planning to move to Canada by April next year.

I am curious to know if it is of any use to apply for some jobs from now onwards. Is there any chance for employers to hire outside Canada people, even though they are PR.
If so, can anyone advice some tips for the same?

It is worth a try. Apply on line and indicate in your cover letter that you are a PR and the date you are going to relocate to Canada.
Indicate that you are available for Skype or over a phone interview and wait. If they are not willing to interview you this way at least you may be able to schedule some face to face interviews once you're there.
If you are going to move April next year now may be a bit too soon to look for jobs, maybe beginning of next year will be better.
