Be aware that if your husband is a PR holder in Canada, you are very likely to be rejected for a visitor's visa. You are not supposed to use a visitor's visa as a way to get into Canada to apply for PR. If you are rejected, you should start the application process outland.

Actually I have applied for visitor visa... They asked me to submit biometrics.
