I'm an Indian citizen and I've been offered admission at university of Toronto. I have completed 12th grade and wish to apply for a study permit now. Due to travel plans, I will already be in Canada by the end of June. (I have a 10 year Multiple Entry Tourist Visa) So, is it possible for me to apply for a study permit from within Canada?
I've read about the conditions:
Am I considered as a visitor student or exchange student?
